Welcome to the Tri-Lakes Region...
Business Communities Working Together!

About Tri-Lakes Region

The Tri-Lakes Region occupies the northern most part of El Paso County, Colorado. Geographically, we are the heart of the highlands, a short distance between Denver and Colorado Springs. We are a land of rock escarpments, undulating pine forests, Front Range mountain backdrops crested in blue sky and dotted with powder puff clouds.

We share our home with the U.S. Air Force Academy. Th e communities of Monument, Palmer Lake and Woodmoor are the center of our commerce and for which the regional name is derived. The primarily unincorporated areas of Black Forest, Gleneagle and Larkspur are representative of our popular and Developing residential areas, making the Tri-Lakes on of the most diverse regions of Colorado.

Several hundred businesses serve our growing region of over 35,000 residences, making us a consumer-based economy. Technology and Education are also at home in Northern El Paso County. Software Products and Services, advanced communication and electronic technologies are supported by the Pikes Peak Community College system and our large professional technical workforce.

The small-town ambiance and historic flavor of  Palmer Lake and Monument are the very best  getaways for shopping, relaxation, exploring, hiking and biking in our region. Come and   experience what we have in store for you.

Do what many of us do - take a break from the interstate, drive between I-25Denver and Colorado Springs, jump off the I-25 corridor at Larkspur or Monument and enjoy the idyllic drive among the rock outcrops and mountain vistas that take you along State Route 105 through Palmer Lake and Monument. Stop for lunch, browse the shops, enjoy your favorite ice cream or just experience the change of pace.
